This video is a small clip from a Safety meeting that I was hold, that leads into a very important video. I use this Video in my 10 & 30 OSHA trainings, becuase we willnever understand safety until we know where it started it from. OSHA was not established until 60yrs later after this incident, So we need to be proactive. DO NOT LET CASUALITIES DRIVE YOUR SAFETY PROGRAM. Be proactive and strengthen Your Safety Culture.
